ROUND TWO: CREATIVE VIBES
Posting this early!
Come on in, guys! Weerlig getting your first look at Aarde... Scout quit at the last Tribal Council. Before we get to anything, I have an announcement:
Scout quit because I would not break the rules for her. She wanted me to post results early if I had a majority (5 out of 8 votes for one person) but that is against the rules given that not all votes were in. I do not appreciate it one bit that someone would ask me to do such a thing - people need time to vote and I can't award self-votes BEFORE the deadline, since that's just illogical. I strive to be a fair host and not will not let ANYONE try to coerce me into doing something that I am against. I trust that the rest of you will not do anything of the sort, but I feel as if Scout's sudden quitting warranted an explanation. She was crazy, and that's all there is to it.
Anyway, enough on that! Let's get to the challenge.
Jimmy, you may head back to Aarde now!
*Jimmy goes over to Aarde*
And Weerlig, I'll take back immunity!
*Monica hands the immunity idol to Amanda and is somewhat reluctant to part with it*
How many of you came here today expecting to do a flag-making challenge? Some of you? Well, the good news is that you are WRONG. We're not that boring of hosts. In fact, we're giving you choices!
You will have THREE OPTIONS here. You may either:
Now, ALL THREE of these have one rule in common: Your tribe name must be somewhere on it. That's it. No pictures, no castaway names, no animals, none of that stuff. There's nothing stopping you from including those, though.
As for the TRIBE UNIFORM, you must incorporate your tribe color in some way:
Weerlig = aadd22
Aarde = 6f6444
You need to include a top, a bottom, and a hat. Shoes and other accessories are optional. Also, please use one of the paper dolls below:
FEMALE FILLER................ OR FILLER...... MALE:
Thank you Heidi for letting me use those
There are no such restrictions for the shelter or a treemail stand, but it needs to look like what it's supposed to be. If your shelter looks like a deformed laser gun, it's not going to win a lot of points. Also, try to decorate it - add leaves, add plants, add color! You don't have to just add whatever you would find from the woods. Make it look awesome!
First order of business is deciding which of the three you do; please do this in your tribe camp. Any number of people may participate in this decision, but at LEAST SEVEN tribe members must contribute to the FINAL PRODUCT in some way; this is not limited to posting something on the design itself. It MAY be offering a suggestion. You must offer a suggestion or contribute to the final product in order for it to count. You can't just say "it looks good!" and expect it to count. Also, please use one thread in your tribe camp for this challenge.
Weerlig, you don't need to announce a sit out, but keep in mind that only 8 people at most may contribute to this challenge.
Myself, Erik, Natalie, and Todd will judge your creations. We will each award 20 points - 10 for following instructions, 10 for aesthetic pleasingness (aka how good we think it looks). The tribe with the most points wins immunity and gets to kidnap someone from the losing tribe. Again, discuss this in a SEPARATE thread from this challenge in your tribe camps - it must be unanimous amongst the people posting in there.
If you have any questions, just ask!
Please do this IN YOUR TRIBE CAMPS - you have until 9 PM tomorrow (26 hours from now due to Daylight Savings - REMEMBER TO SET YOUR CLOCKS!) to create one of the three by whatever means necessary. An additional day will be granted if neither tribe has completed a submission by then. Good luck all! Survivors ready? GO!
